This Shipping Policy explains where Nilpferd ships, how reusable ice cube orders are processed, our domestic fulfillment network, estimated delivery timeframes, shipping charges, tracking information, and how to contact us if you need shipping-related assistance.
A. Shipping Area
We currently ship only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations. Orders submitted with an unsupported shipping address may be canceled and refunded.
B. Fulfillment & Corporate Structure
Nilpferd products, brand assets, and brand intellectual property are owned by Taizhou Fengxing E-commerce Store (台州市逢星电子商务商行), the registered business and brand owner for this website. BASTIANHER LTD serves as the authorized U.S. operations and payment support entity for nilpferdcubes.com.
BASTIANHER LTD assists with payment support, order processing, customer support, returns, refunds, and U.S. operational support for purchases made through this Site. BASTIANHER LTD is registered at 815 W Market St, Louisville, KY 40202, United States.
To support timely domestic service and fulfill our delivery commitments, eligible U.S. orders are stocked and dispatched through our local U.S. third-party logistics warehouse network. Depending on inventory availability and your shipping destination, your package may be dispatched from one of our primary fulfillment centers:

C. Order Processing Time
Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day will usually begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Processing includes payment review, order verification, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
D. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit time after domestic shipment from our U.S. facilities is 5-7 business days for eligible U.S. orders.
Total estimated delivery time is generally 6-9 business days, including processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, peak shopping seasons, or address-related issues.
E. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
F. Tracking Information
Once your reusable ice cube order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
G. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members, building management, or nearby neighbors.
If the package is still missing, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan date. We will help you open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution based on the investigation outcome.
